Delete your account

From the app

  1. Open EETS Partner and sign in as the owner.
  2. Go to More › Account › Delete account.
  3. Confirm with the code we send to your number.

Your restaurant data and sign-in are erased 7 days later. Until then you can cancel by signing in again. Staff phones are signed out at once.

Without the app

Email provantict@gmail.com from any address with your registered mobile number. We confirm the request on that number before deleting.

What is kept

Only what the law requires us to keep (for example our own invoices to you), for as long as it requires. Razorpay keeps its own payment records. Plans bought on eets.in do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Unused paid months are not refunded when you delete your account.
