EETS Partner is software. Nothing is shipped by post or courier.

How your plan is delivered

• When your payment on eets.in/pay succeeds, the plan is added automatically to the restaurant owned by the mobile number you entered, usually within a minute. You see the plan and its end date in the app under More › Plan.
• If that number has not signed in to EETS Partner yet, the plan is added the first time it signs in.
• The app itself is downloaded from Google Play (Android) or from our Windows installer.
• A receipt for every payment is available from the app and by link.

If the plan does not appear

Write to us with your payment reference and we fix it within 1 working day.
