A billing app for small restaurants, on the phone you already have

A billing app for small restaurants should cost little, start fast and never get in the way at the counter. EETS Partner turns one Android phone into a GST billing counter with UPI QR, token numbers and printed bills, and it keeps billing when the internet drops. You get 6 months free, and after that the Café plan is ₹2,999 a year.

  • ₹0 commission
  • ₹2,999 a year onwards
  • No new hardware

What a small restaurant really needs from billing

A small place does not need a back office. It needs the bill to be right, quick and printed, the money to go to the owner's account, and a clear picture at night of what came in. In a small place the owner is often also the cashier and the purchase manager, so the software has to work in the gaps between everything else.

That is why we kept the counter screen in EETS short: pick the items, tap bill, take payment. The tax, round-off and your GSTIN are already on the bill. If you only remember one thing about choosing a billing app for small restaurants, make it this: your newest staff member should be able to make a correct bill on their first day.

  • Three taps to a GST bill

Your GSTIN on every bill, CGST and SGST split, prices with or without tax, and round-off, all done for you.

  • UPI QR for the exact amount

The app shows a QR for the bill total. The money goes straight to your own UPI ID, never through EETS.

  • Cash, card, UPI or split

Take any mix of payments, plus discounts, complimentary items and tips when you need them.

  • Takeaway with tokens

Parcel and counter orders get token numbers, alongside dine-in tables on the same screen.

Billing on phone: what you need to start

You do not need a computer, a POS terminal or an installer. A billing app for small restaurants like EETS needs only an Android phone or tablet on Android 8.0 or later. If you want printed bills, add any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. If you have an Android POS machine that prints via Bluetooth, that works too.

No printer at all? You can share the bill as a small PDF on WhatsApp instead. You can add a printer later.

  1. Send us your restaurant's name, city and mobile number. We send back a free 6-month activation code and the app.

  2. Install EETS Partner, sign in with that mobile number and enter the code.

  3. Pick a ready menu pack of 45 to 60 dishes and edit prices, or import your own menu from Excel or CSV.

  4. Set your GSTIN and UPI ID, connect your Bluetooth printer, and make your first bill. Setup takes under an hour.

A simple POS for small restaurants that still stops leaks

Small does not mean safe from leaks. In a two-person counter it is easy for a bill to be deleted, a discount to be given to a friend, or a reprint to cover a cash sale. A simple POS for a small restaurant should still have a lock on these things, without making daily work slower.

EETS keeps an anti-theft log that nobody can edit or delete, not even you. Removed items, cancelled KOTs, discounts, reprints, cash drawer opens and price changes are all recorded with the staff member's name. The risky ones need a manager's PIN first. Each person has their own PIN, so you always know who did what. At the end of the night, the day close shows your takings and checks them against the drawer.

You can watch all of this from your own phone when you are out at the market or at home: takings, tables, staff activity and the day close, live.

A dhaba billing app for highways and weak signal

Dhabas and roadside eateries need a billing app for small restaurants that fits their own problems. The signal comes and goes, the rush arrives with the buses, and many regulars pay later. A dhaba billing app has to handle all three.

With EETS, every bill is saved on the phone first, so billing never waits for the internet. When the connection comes back, everything syncs by itself. Token numbers keep parcel orders in line during a rush. For drivers and regulars who settle up later, you can set them up as credit customers with a credit limit, so the khata lives in the app instead of a notebook. Daily expenses and opening cash go in too, so the day close tells you what really stayed in the drawer.

Which plan suits a small restaurant

As a billing app for small restaurants with one counter, the Café plan is usually enough: 2 devices and 1 outlet, with bills, GST, UPI QR, takeaway tokens, staff PINs, takings, day close and help on WhatsApp. If you have table service with captains, or want a kitchen screen or QR ordering from the guest's phone, the Restaurant plan adds those for 6 devices.

There is no commission on any order, no hidden fee and no hardware to buy from us. Your first 6 months run on Restaurant Max, our biggest plan, so you can try everything and then choose.

What EETS does not do yet

Better you hear it from us. EETS has no inventory or stock module, no recipe costing, no loyalty program and no Zomato or Swiggy integration. There is no iPhone app. A Windows and web dashboard is coming soon. If stock tracking is the main thing you need, a different product may suit you better today.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Is there a restaurant billing app free trial?

Yes. Every EETS plan starts with 6 months free. We send an activation code made for your mobile number, and it switches on Restaurant Max, our biggest plan, for 6 months. No card is needed. Use the code within 30 days of receiving it. One code is given per mobile number.

Can I do restaurant billing on my phone?

Yes. EETS Partner runs on Android phones and tablets with Android 8.0 or later. You can make GST bills, show a UPI QR for the exact amount, print on a Bluetooth thermal printer or share the bill as a PDF on WhatsApp. There is no iPhone app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon.

Which printer works with a mobile billing app?

EETS works with any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer using 58 mm or 80 mm paper, including auto cut and cash drawer. Android POS machines that print via Bluetooth work too. If you have no printer yet, you can share bills as PDFs on WhatsApp and buy a printer later.

What is the cheapest billing app for a small restaurant?

Prices change, so compare what you get for the money. EETS costs ₹2,999 a year on the Café plan, with no commission and no hardware to buy, after 6 free months. Paying on or before 31 December 2026 gets you 18 months for the price of 12, which works out to about ₹125 a month.

Does the billing app work without internet?

Yes. Every bill and KOT is saved on the device first, and everything syncs to your other devices once the connection is back. You can keep billing through a network outage. Only QR ordering from guests' phones needs the internet, since those orders come from the guest's own phone.

Can a dhaba keep credit accounts in the app?

Yes. You can set up pay-later customers with a credit limit for each one, so regulars who settle weekly or monthly are tracked in the app. You can also record daily expenses and opening cash, and the day close then matches what should be in your drawer.

How long does it take to set up a simple POS for a small restaurant?

Under an hour, and you can do it yourself. Ask us for a code, install the app, sign in and activate. Then pick a ready menu pack or import your Excel sheet, set your GSTIN and UPI ID, and print. If you would rather have help, book a free 20-minute demo call and we load your menu for you.
