Restaurant anti-theft: a log nobody can edit
A lot of the money that leaks from a restaurant does not leave through the front door. It leaves through a removed item after the food is served, a discount for a friend, a bill reprinted to cover a cash sale, or a cash drawer opened for no reason. These are hard to catch because they look like normal work.
EETS records removed items, cancelled KOTs, discounts, reprints, cash drawer opens and price changes in an anti-theft log that nobody can edit or delete, not even the owner. That last part matters: a log the owner can clean up is a log staff will never fully trust, and one that a dishonest manager could tidy too. You can read it from your phone, entry by entry, with who did it, when, and who approved it.
Day close and restaurant reports that fit on WhatsApp
The day close is where restaurant management software either earns its keep or fails. With EETS, you start the day with opening cash, record daily expenses as they happen, and track pay-later customers with credit limits. At closing time the day close matches the takings against what should be in the drawer, so a gap shows up the same night instead of at the end of the month.

What our restaurant management software does not cover yet
Some products sold as restaurant management software include stock and purchase. EETS does not have an inventory, stock or recipe costing module. It has no payroll, no loyalty program, no table reservations, no Tally integration, no e-invoicing (IRN) and no Zomato or Swiggy integration. There is no iPhone app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon. If inventory control is your biggest problem, a product built around inventory may serve you better today.

What is restaurant management software?
It is software that helps an owner run the business side of a restaurant: billing, staff, cash, reports and, in some products, stock. EETS Partner covers billing, KOTs, staff roles and PINs, attendance, an anti-theft log, credit customers, expenses, the day close and reports, all from Android phones. It does not include inventory or payroll.
Can I manage my restaurant from my phone?
Yes. The owner's phone shows takings, tables, staff activity and the day close live, from anywhere. You can read the anti-theft log, see who approved each risky action, and share PDF reports on WhatsApp. EETS runs on Android 8.0 or later. There is no iPhone app yet, and a Windows and web dashboard is coming soon.
How does EETS stop theft by staff?
Each person works under their own PIN. Removing items, cancelling KOTs, giving discounts, reprinting bills, opening the cash drawer and changing prices are all written to a log that nobody can edit or delete, not even the owner. The riskiest of these need a manager's PIN first. The day close then shows whether the drawer matches.
Does the attendance feature track my staff's location all day?
No. Staff check in with a selfie and a single location reading taken at that moment. There is no background tracking. It tells you who came in and when, without following anyone around after they clock in. Attendance sits alongside staff PINs and the anti-theft log, so the same person who checked in is the one whose name appears on the bills and approvals.
Can one login manage more than one outlet?
Yes, on the Restaurant Max plan at ₹4,999 a year. It covers up to 3 outlets and 15 devices, with one login for all of them, so you can see each outlet's takings, staff activity and day close from your phone. It also includes bar and multiple printer support and priority WhatsApp help.
Does EETS include inventory management?
Not yet. EETS has no inventory, stock or recipe costing module, and no payroll. If you need detailed stock control today, look at a product that specialises in it. What EETS does give you is tight billing, an anti-theft log and an honest day close, which cover a lot of daily management.
