Android restaurant POS for India
A complete restaurant POS system on the devices you already own
A restaurant POS system should connect your counter, your captains, your kitchen and your guests, without asking you to buy a new set of terminals. EETS Partner does that on Android phones, tablets and Android POS machines, for one yearly price and zero commission. Here is what a modern POS for restaurant use should include, and how EETS handles each part.
- ₹0 commission
- ₹2,999 a year onwards
- No new hardware
- Works offline
What a restaurant POS system actually covers
People use POS to mean many things: a billing screen, a card machine, a whole set of hardware. For a restaurant, a POS is the system that carries one order from the moment it is taken to the moment it is paid. If those steps live in different places, orders get lost between them.
EETS Partner covers the full path in one app. The same order is visible on the counter, the captain's phone, the kitchen screen and the owner's phone, live.
Counter
Live table map, QR order inbox, GST bills, UPI QR and payments, laid out for a tablet.
Captain
Waiters take orders on their own phone at the table and send them straight to the kitchen.
Kitchen
KOTs print per station, or show on any old phone or tablet used as a kitchen display.
Guest
A QR on each table lets guests order from their own phone, with no app to install.
Owner
Takings, tables, staff activity and the day close, live on your phone from anywhere.
Android POS: why phones and tablets are enough
A few years ago, a POS machine for restaurant counters was a dedicated terminal with its own price tag. Today, an ordinary Android tablet does the same job and costs far less to replace. EETS runs on any Android phone with Android 8.0 or later and on any Android tablet in landscape or portrait.
If you already own an Android POS machine that prints through Bluetooth, EETS works on that too, so a cashier or captain can bill and print from one handheld. For printing, any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer works with 58 mm or 80 mm paper, auto cut and cash drawer. You can run one printer per kitchen station so the tandoor, the main kitchen and the bar each get their own KOT.
There is no special hardware to buy from us, and no lock-in. Your plan only sets how many devices can run at once. What EETS does not run on yet: iPhones, which are not supported, and Windows or web, which are coming soon.
Cloud POS that still works offline
A cloud POS keeps every device in sync and lets you see the restaurant from home. The weak point of many cloud systems is that they stop when the internet stops. EETS saves every bill and KOT on the device first, then syncs to all devices when the connection returns. The counter never waits for the network.
Your data is hosted in Mumbai, encrypted in transit and at rest, and walled off from every other restaurant on the server. You can export or delete your account at any time, and we never sell data or show ads.
Features in this restaurant POS software that solve real problems
We run a South Indian restaurant in Bengaluru, THE NAAATI, and most of these features started as a problem on our own floor.
One phone per table
With QR ordering, the first phone that orders holds the table. Others ask to join and staff approve, so the kitchen never makes the same order twice.
Say the order
Captains tap the mic and say 'two masala dosa, one filter coffee'. Dishes, quantities and sizes are added for them.
Alerts that ring on locked phones
New QR orders and waiter calls ring staff phones even when the screen is locked.
Anti-theft log
Removed items, cancelled KOTs, discounts, reprints, drawer opens and price changes are logged for good. Nobody can edit or delete them.
Staff PINs and roles
Owner, manager, cashier and captain each sign in with a PIN. Staff join by scanning a one-time QR.
Attendance with a selfie
Staff check in with a selfie and one location reading. There is no background tracking.
Restaurant POS price in India, compared honestly
The restaurant POS price you see quoted in India varies a lot, and the headline number rarely includes everything. Big cloud POS plans that include a captain app, kitchen display and QR ordering often cost ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a year plus GST, and some suggest their own hardware. Desktop billing software is often ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 one time, plus yearly maintenance and a PC. Individual providers differ, so check their current offers.
EETS Partner's Restaurant plan is ₹3,999 a year for 6 devices and one outlet, with captain phones, kitchen display and QR ordering included. The Café plan is ₹2,999 a year for 2 devices. Restaurant Max is ₹4,999 a year for 15 devices, up to 3 outlets with one login, bar and many printers, and priority WhatsApp help. There is no commission on any order and no hidden fee.
| EETS Restaurant plan | Typical big cloud POS | Typical desktop billing | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹3,999 a year | ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a year plus GST | ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 one-time plus maintenance |

| Captain app, KDS, QR ordering | All included | Higher plans | Rare, or paid add-ons |

Where EETS is not the right POS for restaurant chains
We would rather you choose well than choose us. EETS does not have an inventory, stock or recipe costing module. It has no Zomato, Swiggy or ONDC integration and no online delivery ordering. It does not do e-invoicing (IRN), Tally integration, loyalty programs, table reservations or payroll. Multi-outlet support goes up to 3 outlets on Restaurant Max.
If your business depends on stock control across a large chain or on aggregator orders flowing into the POS, a larger restaurant POS software in India built for that will suit you better. If you run dine-in and takeaway and want your counter, captains and kitchen working together cheaply, EETS fits.

Questions
Questions owners ask
What is a restaurant POS system?
A restaurant POS system is the software, and the devices it runs on, that take an order, send it to the kitchen, produce the bill and record the payment. A good one also tracks tables, staff and the day's takings. EETS Partner does all of this in one Android app across the counter, captain phones, kitchen screen and guest QR ordering.
How much does a restaurant POS cost in India?
It depends on the type. Big cloud POS plans with captain app, kitchen display and QR ordering often run ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a year plus GST. Desktop software is often ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 one time plus maintenance. EETS Partner is ₹2,999, ₹3,999 or ₹4,999 a year, with 6 months free and no commission.
Do I need to buy a POS machine for my restaurant?
No. EETS runs on Android phones and tablets you already own. If you have an Android POS machine that prints through Bluetooth, EETS works on it, but it is not required. Any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer with 58 mm or 80 mm paper handles bills and KOTs.
Is EETS a cloud POS?
Yes, all your devices stay in sync and you can see takings and tables from anywhere on your phone. Unlike many cloud POS products, billing does not need a live connection. Each bill and KOT is saved on the device first and synced when the internet returns. QR ordering from guests' phones does need internet.
Does EETS work on iPad or iPhone?
No. There is no iOS app. EETS Partner runs on Android 8.0 or later phones, Android tablets and Android POS machines. A Windows and web dashboard for billing and reports on a big screen is coming soon, and will be included in every plan at no extra cost.
How many devices can I use?
It depends on your plan. Café allows 2 devices, Restaurant allows 6, and Restaurant Max allows 15 devices across up to 3 outlets. A device is any phone, tablet or POS machine running EETS at the same time, whether it is used as a counter, captain phone or kitchen display.
Can I try the POS before paying?
Yes. Every plan starts with 6 months free on Restaurant Max, our biggest plan, with no card needed. You can also book a free 20-minute demo call, or an in-person demo if you are near us in Bengaluru, and we load your own menu so you see your real bills.
