Cafe POS for coffee, juice and chai
Cafe POS software built for the morning queue
Cafe POS software has one job above all others: keep the queue moving. EETS Partner runs on an Android phone or tablet at your counter, makes a GST bill in three taps, shows a UPI QR for the exact amount and gives every takeaway a token number. The Café plan costs ₹2,999 a year, after 6 months free.

Why a cafe needs different billing from a restaurant
A restaurant bill builds up slowly over a meal. A cafe bill is made in ten seconds while the next person is already reading the menu board. Most orders are small, many are takeaway, and the same drinks come in different sizes. Many guests pay by UPI. So the cafe billing software that suits you is the one with the fewest taps between the order and the paid bill, not the one with the longest feature list.
That is how we set up the cafe POS software in our Café plan. It is meant for a counter and one more phone, and it covers what a coffee shop, juice shop or chai point actually uses every hour: bills, GST, UPI QR, takeaway tokens, staff PINs, the day's takings and the day close.
Sizes on the same item
Set small, regular and large on one menu item, so the cashier picks a size instead of hunting for a separate dish.
Token numbers
Every takeaway gets a token, so the person at the pickup counter calls numbers instead of names.
UPI QR for the exact bill
The QR carries the bill amount, so guests do not type it. Money goes straight to your own UPI ID.
Tips and split payments
Add a tip, split a bill between UPI and cash, or mark an item complimentary for a regular.
A coffee shop POS in India that runs on a phone
Many coffee shop POS options in India ask you to buy a terminal or keep a desktop at the counter. Counter space in a cafe is precious, and a PC under the counter is one more thing to break. As cafe POS software, EETS runs on any Android phone or tablet on Android 8.0 or later, or on an Android POS machine that prints through Bluetooth.
For printing, pair any ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. Bills can also be shared as small PDFs on WhatsApp, which suits guests who would rather not take paper. If you want a separate screen where the barista or juice station sees each order, an old phone or tablet can work as a kitchen display on the Restaurant plan. Tickets move from new to cooking to ready, and late ones turn red.
Juice shop billing and tea stall billing
Juice shops and tea stalls run on volume and small amounts. A tea stall billing app has to be faster than the old habit of taking cash and remembering. Here is how a typical day looks with EETS on one phone and a 58 mm Bluetooth printer.
Open the day with your opening cash, so the evening count starts from the right number.
For each order, tap the items and size, tap bill, and show the UPI QR or take cash. Print or skip the slip as the guest prefers.
Note daily expenses as they happen, like milk, ice or fruit bought for cash, so they do not disappear from memory.
At night, run the day close. It matches your takings against the drawer, and the sales report goes out as a small PDF on WhatsApp.
Cafe billing app features that protect your counter
In a cafe the cashier changes shifts, part-timers come and go, and the owner is not always at the counter. Your cafe billing app should make honesty the easy path.
Every staff member has their own PIN, so each bill carries a name. Removed items, discounts, reprints, cash drawer opens and price changes go into an anti-theft log nobody can edit or delete, not even the owner, and the risky ones need a manager's PIN. You can see takings and staff activity live on your own phone, from anywhere. Your data is stored in India, in Mumbai, encrypted, and walled off from every other business. We never sell data and never show ads.
Cafe POS software pricing, and when to choose a bigger plan
Choose Café if you have a counter and one more phone. If your cafe has seating and you want guests to order from a QR at the table, or captains taking orders, or a kitchen display, the Restaurant plan adds those for 6 devices. If you have two or three outlets, Restaurant Max gives one login for all of them. Whichever you pick, there is no commission on any order and nothing extra to buy from us.

What a cafe should know before choosing EETS
Cafes often ask about things we do not have yet, so here they are plainly. There is no loyalty or stamp card program. There is no inventory module to track milk, beans or fruit stock, and no recipe costing. There is no Zomato or Swiggy integration and no iPhone app. A Windows and web dashboard is coming soon. If a loyalty program or stock control is central to how you run, check those needs carefully before you pick any cafe POS software, including ours.

Questions
Questions owners ask
What is the best POS for a small cafe in India?
The best one is the one your cashier can use fast during the morning rush, at a price that makes sense for small bills. Look for quick billing with sizes, UPI QR for the exact amount, takeaway tokens and a clean day close. EETS does these on an Android phone for ₹2,999 a year, with 6 months free to try.
Can I use cafe POS software on a tablet?
Yes. EETS works on Android tablets in landscape or portrait, and on Android phones, as long as they run Android 8.0 or later. Android POS machines that print via Bluetooth work too. There is no iPad version, since EETS has no iOS app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon.
Does EETS charge GST correctly for a cafe?
EETS puts your GSTIN on every bill, splits CGST and SGST, supports prices with or without tax and rounds off the total. For 2026, a standalone cafe or restaurant usually charges 5% GST without input tax credit, that is 2.5% CGST plus 2.5% SGST. Rules depend on your setup, so check your rate with your CA.
Can customers order from their table with a QR code?
Yes, on the Restaurant and Restaurant Max plans. Guests scan the table QR and order from their own phone without installing anything, in English, Kannada or Hindi. The counter accepts the order with one tap and the KOT goes out. QR ordering needs the internet, because the order comes from the guest's phone.
Is there a free trial of the cafe billing app?
Every plan starts with 6 months free. We send an activation code tied to your mobile number, which turns on Restaurant Max for 6 months, so you can try every feature. No card is needed. Use the code within 30 days of getting it. After that, choose the plan that suits your cafe.
Can I see my cafe's sales when I am not there?
Yes. The owner's phone shows takings, staff activity and the day close live, from anywhere. Sales, tax, item and staff reports come as small PDFs that you can share on WhatsApp with a partner or your accountant. When your devices have been offline, the figures update as soon as they sync.
Does EETS work for a juice shop with only one phone?
Yes. One Android phone can run billing on its own, with a Bluetooth thermal printer if you want printed slips. The Café plan allows 2 devices, so you can add a second phone later for a helper or for yourself as owner. Billing keeps working when the internet drops and syncs later.
Tonight's service could run itself.
Install EETS Partner on the phones you already have, add your menu, and print your first GST bill in under an hour.
