Restaurant billing software for India
Restaurant billing software that runs on the phone in your pocket
EETS Partner is restaurant billing software for Indian restaurants that turns the Android phones and tablets you already own into a full billing counter. A GST bill takes three taps, UPI payments land straight in your own account, and billing keeps going when the internet does not. We run a restaurant in Bengaluru too.
- ₹0 commission
- ₹2,999 a year onwards
- No new hardware
- Works offline
What good restaurant billing software should do at the counter
Most owners do not need more features. They need the counter to stop being the slowest part of the night. A bill should be ready before the guest has found their wallet, the tax should be right without anyone doing sums, and the cash in the drawer should match what the system says at the end of the day.
That is the test we use for our own restaurant billing software. If a new cashier cannot make a correct GST bill on their first evening, the software is too complicated. If billing stops because the router is down, it is not fit for a Saturday. Everything below follows from those two rules.
Three taps to a GST bill
Pick the table or token, check the items, tap bill. Your GSTIN, the CGST and SGST split and round-off are already on it.
Every way guests pay
Cash, card and UPI, plus split payments when a table wants to pay separately. Discounts, complimentary items and tips are handled on the same screen.
UPI QR for the exact amount
The app shows a UPI QR for the bill total. The money goes to your own UPI ID and never passes through us.
Print or share
Print on any 58 mm or 80 mm ESC/POS Bluetooth printer or an Android POS machine, or send the bill as a small PDF on WhatsApp.
A restaurant billing app, not a desktop you have to buy
Older billing software for restaurants usually meant a desktop PC at the counter, an installer visit and a yearly maintenance charge. EETS Partner is a restaurant billing app for Android 8.0 or later. Install it on a phone or tablet, sign in with your mobile number, and that device is your counter.
Because it runs on ordinary Android devices, you can mix what you have. A tablet at the cash counter shows the live table map and the bill screen. The owner's phone becomes a pocket office. An old phone on the kitchen wall becomes a kitchen display. If you already have an Android POS machine that prints through Bluetooth, it works too. There is no hardware to buy from us.
One honest note: there is no iPhone app. A Windows and web dashboard is coming soon, and it will be included in every plan, but today EETS runs on Android.
Billing that keeps working without internet
In many Indian restaurants the internet drops at exactly the wrong time. With EETS, every bill and KOT is saved on the device first. When the connection comes back, everything syncs to the other devices on its own. Your cashier does nothing different.
The one thing that does need internet is QR ordering from the guest's phone, because that order travels from their phone to yours. Counter billing, captain orders and kitchen tickets inside the restaurant carry on.
Hotel and restaurant billing for every kind of service
In South and West India, a hotel often means an eatery: a darshini, a mess, a tiffin centre or a family restaurant. EETS handles hotel and restaurant billing for all of these, because the same screen holds dine-in tables and takeaway at once.
Dine-in by floor
Set up areas like main hall, terrace, AC room and rooftop. Each table shows free, ordering, cooking, eating or bill-asked in colour.
Takeaway and parcel tokens
Parcel and counter orders get token numbers and sit alongside dine-in on the same screen.
Credit customers
Regulars who pay later can run a tab with a credit limit you set.
Expenses and day close
Record opening cash and daily expenses, then close the day so the system figure matches the drawer.
Stop leaks at the billing counter
Most money that disappears in a restaurant disappears quietly: an item removed after the guest paid, a bill reprinted and the first copy pocketed, a discount nobody approved. EETS keeps an anti-theft log that nobody can edit or delete, not even the owner. Removed items, cancelled KOTs, discounts, reprints, cash drawer opens and price changes all land there.
Risky actions need a manager's PIN first, and every person signs in with their own PIN as owner, manager, cashier or captain. So when something looks wrong, you know who did it and who approved it. You can see takings, tables, staff activity and the day close live on your phone from anywhere.
What restaurant billing software costs in India
Restaurant billing software India pricing usually falls into three groups. Big cloud POS products often charge ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a year plus GST for plans that include a captain app, kitchen display and QR ordering. Desktop billing software can cost ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 one time, plus yearly maintenance. Commission ordering apps take 15% to 30% of each order. Individual providers differ, so check their current offers.
EETS Partner is one yearly price with zero commission on every order. The Café plan is ₹2,999 a year for 2 devices. The Restaurant plan, which most restaurants pick, is ₹3,999 a year for 6 devices and adds captain phones, kitchen display and QR ordering. Restaurant Max is ₹4,999 a year for 15 devices and up to 3 outlets. Every plan starts with 6 months free.

Questions
Questions owners ask
Which is the best restaurant billing software in India?
The best restaurant billing software is the one your cashier can use correctly on a busy night, that gets GST right and that does not stop when the internet drops. Compare yearly cost, commission, hardware needs and whether it works offline. EETS Partner covers billing, KOT, kitchen display and QR ordering from ₹3,999 a year on Android, with 6 months free to test it yourself.
Is there a free restaurant billing app?
EETS Partner is not free forever, but every plan starts with 6 months free. We send an activation code made for your mobile number, which switches on Restaurant Max, our biggest plan, with no card needed. Use the code within 30 days of receiving it. After that, plans start at ₹2,999 a year.
Can I use restaurant billing software on my mobile phone?
Yes. EETS Partner runs on any Android phone with Android 8.0 or later, and on Android tablets in landscape or portrait. You can bill from the phone, show a UPI QR and print on a Bluetooth thermal printer. There is no iPhone app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon.
Do I need to buy a printer or POS machine?
No new hardware is needed. If you already have an ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer with 58 mm or 80 mm paper, EETS prints bills and KOTs on it, with auto cut and cash drawer support. Android POS machines that print through Bluetooth also work. You can also skip paper and share the bill as a PDF on WhatsApp.
Does the billing software work without internet?
Yes. Every bill and KOT is saved on the device first and syncs to your other devices when the connection is back, so your counter keeps going during an outage. Guest QR ordering is the exception, because the order comes from the guest's own phone and needs the internet to reach you.
Does EETS Partner handle inventory or Zomato and Swiggy orders?
Not yet. EETS has no inventory or recipe costing module and no Zomato, Swiggy or ONDC integration. It focuses on dine-in, takeaway, KOT, kitchen display and QR ordering at the table. If inventory or aggregator orders are central to your business, choose software built for that.
Is my billing data safe?
Your data is hosted in Mumbai, encrypted in transit and at rest, and walled off from every other restaurant on the server. Staff only see what their role allows. You can export or delete your account at any time. We never sell data and never show ads.
