Restaurant POS in Bangalore, from a team that runs a restaurant here

If you are choosing a restaurant POS in Bangalore, it helps when the people behind it eat at the same darshinis and fight the same Saturday rush. EETS Partner is made by a small team in Koramangala that also runs THE NAAATI, a South Indian restaurant in Bengaluru. It runs on Android phones you already own, speaks ಕನ್ನಡ on the guest menu, and we can show it to you in person if you are nearby.

  • ₹0 commission
  • ₹2,999 a year onwards
  • No new hardware
  • Works offline

Why a Bengaluru team matters when you pick a POS

A POS is not something you buy once and forget. You will call someone when a printer stops pairing at 8 pm, when a new captain joins, or when you want to add a terrace section before a long weekend. It is easier when that someone understands how a Bengaluru restaurant actually works: filter coffee in a davara, a parcel queue at lunch, guests who pay by UPI before you finish saying the total.

We built EETS because we needed it at our own restaurant. Every feature started as a problem we had during service: two phones ordering for the same table, a KOT lost in the rush, a bill that vanished with the cash. That is the lens we bring to a restaurant POS in Bangalore. We do not claim a long list of local customers on this page. We would rather show you the app working on your own menu.

Kannada menu QR ordering for Bengaluru guests

Bengaluru tables are mixed. A family from Malleswaram, a team from an office in Whitefield and a visitor from Delhi might all sit in the same hall. With EETS, each table gets its own QR, and guests open your menu on their phone with nothing to install. They can read it in English, ಕನ್ನಡ or हिन्दी, see veg and non-veg marks, and choose sizes and add-ons.

The guest gives a name and mobile number before ordering. The first phone that orders holds the table, and anyone else at the table asks to join while your staff approve. That one rule stops double orders reaching the kitchen.

  • Three languages

The guest menu shows in English, ಕನ್ನಡ and हिन्दी, so older guests and visitors can order without asking a waiter to translate.

  • QR or NFC

Print QR stickers for every table from the app, or use the same table link on an NFC sticker or table tent.

  • Call the waiter

Guests can ask for water, the waiter or the bill from their phone, and the alert rings staff phones even when locked.

Restaurant billing software for the way Bengaluru eats

Darshinis, messes, military hotels, cafés, bars and family restaurants all bill differently. A darshini lives on speed and tokens. A family restaurant needs captains, a table map and a kitchen display. EETS covers both on the same app, so a restaurant POS in Bangalore does not have to mean a different system for each format you run.

  • GST in three taps

Your GSTIN on every bill, CGST and SGST split, prices with or without tax, round-off. Standalone restaurants usually bill 5% GST without ITC; check with your CA.

  • UPI straight to you

A UPI QR for the exact amount on the bill. The money goes to your own account, never through EETS.

  • Parcel and tokens

Takeaway and parcel orders get token numbers and sit alongside dine-in on the same counter screen.

  • Floor-wise tables

Main hall, terrace, AC room and rooftop each get a live map, with free, ordering, cooking, eating and bill-asked shown in colour.

  • Billing without internet

Bills and KOTs save on the device first and sync when the connection returns, so a dropped network does not stop the counter.

Billing software in Koramangala, Indiranagar and HSR Layout

Our team sits in Koramangala, so restaurants in Koramangala, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Indiranagar and nearby areas are the easiest for us to visit. If you are in one of these neighbourhoods and would like to see EETS in person, book a demo and mention your area. We will try to come by at a quiet hour, load your menu, and show the counter, captain phone, kitchen screen and QR ordering working together.

If you are further away, in Jayanagar, Yelahanka, Whitefield or Electronic City, the demo works just as well on a 20-minute call. We load your dishes before the call so you see your own bills, not a sample menu. The free 6 months start only when you say so.

  1. Book a demo with your name, mobile number, restaurant and city, and mention your area.

  2. We call within one working day to fix a time, in person if you are nearby or on a call.

  3. We load your menu and show a full table, from QR order to KOT to GST bill.

  4. If you like it, you get an activation code for 6 months of Restaurant Max.

What a POS in Bangalore costs with EETS

There is one price a year and no commission. Café is ₹2,999 a year for 2 devices. Restaurant is ₹3,999 a year for 6 devices, with captain phones, the kitchen display and QR ordering. Restaurant Max is ₹4,999 a year for 15 devices and up to 3 outlets, useful if you have a second branch across the city and want one login for both.

There is no hardware to buy: EETS runs on Android phones and tablets with Android 8.0 or later, and prints on any ESC/POS Bluetooth printer, 58 or 80 mm.

What EETS does not do yet

Better you hear it from us now. EETS has no Swiggy, Zomato or ONDC integration and takes no delivery orders. There is no inventory or recipe costing module, no e-invoicing, no Tally link, no loyalty program and no table reservations. There is no iPhone app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Which is the best restaurant POS in Bangalore?

The best one is the one your staff will actually use during the rush. Look for GST bills, KOTs per station, a kitchen display, captain ordering, billing that works without internet and a price you can see. EETS Partner covers these on Android phones, is built in Koramangala, and starts with 6 months free so you can judge it yourself.

Can I get an in-person POS demo in Bengaluru?

Yes, if you are nearby. Our team is in Koramangala, so areas like Koramangala, HSR Layout, BTM Layout and Indiranagar are easiest for us. Book a demo and mention your area. If you are further away, we do a 20-minute call and load your own menu before it, so you see real bills.

Does EETS support a Kannada menu for QR ordering?

Yes. Guests can view your QR menu in English, ಕನ್ನಡ or हिन्दी on their own phone, with veg and non-veg marks, sizes and add-ons. They do not need to install any app. This helps when your tables mix local families, office crowds and visitors from other states.

What GST rate applies to restaurant bills in Bangalore?

GST is the same across states. In 2026, standalone restaurants, AC or non-AC and including takeaway, usually charge 5% GST without input tax credit, split as 2.5% CGST and 2.5% SGST. Restaurants inside hotels with room tariffs of ₹7,500 or more a night charge 18% with ITC. Please confirm your case with your CA.

Is EETS restaurant billing software suitable for a darshini?

Yes. A darshini needs fast counter billing, token numbers for parcels, UPI QR and a clean day close, and all of that is in the Café plan at ₹2,999 a year. If you also want a kitchen display or captains, the Restaurant plan at ₹3,999 adds them.

What happens when the internet drops during service?

Billing and KOTs keep working. Every bill is saved on the device first and synced to your other phones and tablets once the connection is back. Guest QR ordering needs the internet, because it comes from the guest's phone, so captains can take orders while the network is down.

Do you have local customers in Bangalore I can speak to?

We do not publish customer names or counts on this page. What we can offer is a demo on your own menu, in person if you are near Koramangala, and 6 months free to run EETS in your own restaurant before you pay anything.
