Scan to order, at your table
QR code ordering for restaurants, without the double orders
QR code ordering for restaurants lets guests open your menu and order from their own phone at the table, with nothing to install. EETS Partner adds the part most QR menus miss: your staff stay in control, one phone holds each table, and every order becomes a KOT with one tap. There is no commission on any order, ever.

QR code menu or full scan to order: know the difference
A QR code menu on its own is a digital menu. The guest scans, reads the dishes and prices, then still waits for a captain to take the order. That saves printing menus, but not time.
Scan to order goes further, and that is what most owners mean by QR code ordering for restaurants. The guest picks dishes on their phone and sends the order to your counter. With EETS, the counter accepts it with one tap and the KOT goes to the kitchen. The guest can then follow the order as it moves through accepted, cooking, ready and served. That is what turns a QR code into a real table ordering system.
How QR table ordering works with EETS
Setting up takes minutes once your menu is in the app. Here is what happens from the guest's first scan to the kitchen.
Print a QR sticker for every table straight from the app. The same table link also works on NFC stickers and table tents.
The guest scans or taps, sees your menu in English, ಕನ್ನಡ or हिन्दी, and enters their name and mobile number.
They choose dishes with veg and non-veg marks, sizes and add-ons, and place the order.
The counter gets a loud alert, checks the order and accepts it with one tap, which sends the KOT.
The guest watches the status on their phone, and can call the waiter, ask for water or ask for the bill.
One phone per table stops double orders
The most common complaint about QR code ordering for restaurants in India is simple. Two people at the same table scan the code and both order the same dishes. The kitchen makes everything twice, and someone has to argue about the bill.
EETS solves this with one phone per table. The first phone that orders holds the table until the bill is settled or your staff release it. If a second guest scans, their phone asks to join, and your staff approve or reject it. Staff can also add another phone to the table or release it, and every release is logged. Your kitchen only ever gets one stream of orders per table.
A digital menu built for Indian diners
A guest who cannot read the menu or find the dish they want will wave for a waiter anyway. These details keep the digital menu useful for everyone at the table.
Three languages
Your menu in English, ಕನ್ನಡ (Kannada) and हिन्दी (Hindi), so more guests can order on their own.
Veg and non-veg marks
Clear marks on every dish, which many diners look for first.
Sizes and add-ons
Half and full, extra cheese, less sugar: guests choose without having to explain it to a waiter.
No app to install
Guests use their own phone browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Call the waiter from the table
Guests can ask for a waiter, water or the bill. These calls ring staff phones even when they are locked.
Contactless ordering with zero commission
Ordering apps that list your restaurant often take 15% to 30% of every order. EETS is not a marketplace. It is QR code ordering for restaurants that you run yourself, a table ordering system inside your own restaurant, for one yearly price. We take no commission on any order.
When the guest pays, EETS can show a UPI QR for the exact bill amount. The money goes straight to your own UPI ID and never passes through us. Guest data is yours, stored in India, and we never sell it.
To be clear about scope: EETS QR ordering is for guests sitting at your tables. It is not online delivery, and it is not connected to Zomato, Swiggy or ONDC.
What you need for QR menu ordering in India
QR ordering is part of the EETS Restaurant plan at ₹3,999 a year for 6 devices, together with captain phones and the kitchen display. Restaurant Max at ₹4,999 a year adds up to 3 outlets with one login and 15 devices. Every plan starts with 6 months free on Restaurant Max.
On the hardware side, you need an Android tablet or phone at the counter to accept orders, a printer or a kitchen screen for KOTs, and QR stickers for your tables, which you print from the app. Like any QR code ordering for restaurants, it needs internet, because orders travel from the guest's phone to yours. If the connection drops, counter billing and captain orders keep working and sync later.
Guests need a working mobile data connection or your Wi-Fi to place QR orders.

Questions
Questions owners ask
How does QR code ordering work in a restaurant?
Each table has a printed QR code. The guest scans it with their phone camera, your menu opens in the browser, and they choose dishes and place the order. In EETS, the order lands on the counter with a loud alert, staff accept it with one tap, and the KOT goes to the kitchen. The guest can follow the order status on their phone.
Do guests need to download an app to order?
No. Guests use their own phone and the menu opens in the browser after they scan the QR or tap an NFC sticker. They give their name and mobile number to place an order. Nothing needs to be installed, which matters for older diners and visitors.
How do I stop two guests ordering the same food twice?
Use a system that controls who can order for a table. In EETS, the first phone that orders holds the table. If another guest scans, their phone asks to join and your staff approve or reject it. This one phone per table rule stops duplicate orders reaching the kitchen.
Is there a commission on QR orders?
Not with EETS. You pay one yearly price, starting at ₹3,999 for the Restaurant plan that includes QR ordering, and there is no commission on any order. UPI payments go straight into your own account. Commission-based ordering apps usually charge 15% to 30% per order.
Can I make a QR code menu in Kannada or Hindi?
Yes. The EETS guest menu works in English, ಕನ್ನಡ (Kannada) and हिन्दी (Hindi). Guests choose the language they are comfortable with, and see veg and non-veg marks, sizes and add-ons for each dish. For restaurants in Karnataka and across North India, this lets more guests order on their own instead of waiting for a captain.
Does QR ordering work without internet?
No, QR ordering needs the internet because the order comes from the guest's own phone to your devices. If your connection drops, counter billing, captain orders and kitchen tickets inside the restaurant keep working and sync when the connection is back.
Can EETS take online delivery orders through the QR code?
No. EETS QR code ordering for restaurants is for dine-in guests at your tables. It is not an online delivery service, and it is not connected to Zomato, Swiggy or ONDC. Takeaway and parcel orders at your counter are handled with token numbers on the same screen as dine-in.
