Guests open your menu on their own phone, no app needed. Veg and non-veg marks, sizes and add-ons, in English, ಕನ್ನಡ or हिन्दी. The first phone that orders holds the table, so a second phone can't fire a duplicate order into your kitchen.

The order lands on the counter tablet with a loud alert that repeats until someone looks. One tap accepts it and sends the KOT. Staff can add another phone to the table, or release it, and every release is logged.

Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. EETS Partner runs on Android phones and tablets (Android 8.0 or later) and prints on Bluetooth thermal printers and Android POS machines you may already own.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Billing and KOTs keep working on each device and sync as soon as the connection is back. Guest QR ordering needs the internet, because it comes from the guest's own phone.
How does the free 6 months work?
We send you an activation code made for your mobile number. Sign in to the app with that number and enter the code within 30 days; Restaurant Max is on for 6 months, with no card needed.
What exactly is the launch offer?
Pay for one year of any plan at eets.in/pay on or before 31 December 2026 and you get 18 months instead of 12. Those months start when your free 6 months end, so one payment covers 24 months. Your plan updates in the app by itself.
Do you take a commission on orders?
Never. You pay one yearly price. Guest UPI payments go straight to your UPI ID.
Can guests order twice from different phones?
No. The first phone that orders holds the table until the bill is settled or your staff release it. Other phones can ask to join, and your staff approve or reject them.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in India (Mumbai), encrypted in transit and at rest, and walled off from every other restaurant on the server. Staff only see what their role allows. You can export or delete it at any time.
When is the Windows and web dashboard coming?
It's being built now. It will be included in every plan at no extra cost, and it works on the same data as your phones.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to provantict@gmail.com within 7 days of paying if the plan hasn't been used, and we refund to the same payment method in 5 to 7 working days.
