A Petpooja alternative for restaurants that run on phones
If you are searching for a Petpooja alternative, you probably want a restaurant POS that is simpler to start, has a price you can see, or runs on the Android phones you already own. EETS Partner may be that, and for some restaurants it will not be. This page compares the two honestly, including where Petpooja is the better choice.

Why owners look for a Petpooja alternative
Petpooja is one of the best known restaurant POS names in India, and for good reason. It covers a lot of ground, from billing to inventory to aggregator orders. Most owners who look around are not unhappy with what it does. They are asking whether they need all of it, and what the full yearly total comes to once the add-ons are counted.
The questions we hear most from owners comparing tools are simple. Can I see the price before a sales call? Do I need to buy a terminal? Will captains, the kitchen screen and QR ordering cost extra? Does billing stop when the internet drops? This page answers those for EETS, and points to where you should ask Petpooja directly.
Petpooja vs EETS: what each one offers
Here is Petpooja vs EETS side by side. This table uses Petpooja's public pricing page as we saw it in November 2026 and our own published facts. Where Petpooja's page does not say something clearly, we have written ask Petpooja rather than guess.

What you get with EETS Partner
As a Petpooja alternative, EETS Partner turns Android phones and tablets into a full restaurant POS. The counter bills with GST in three taps, captains take orders at the table on their own phone, the kitchen gets tickets on any old phone or tablet, and guests can order from a QR on the table. Billing keeps working without internet and syncs once the connection is back.
Captain, KDS and QR in one plan
The Restaurant plan at ₹3,999 a year includes captain phones, the kitchen display and QR ordering with staff approval, on 6 devices.
No hardware to buy
Runs on Android 8.0 or later. Prints on any ESC/POS Bluetooth printer, 58 or 80 mm, or an Android POS that prints over Bluetooth.
One phone per table
The first phone that orders holds the table, and other phones must ask to join, which stops double orders reaching the kitchen.
Anti-theft log
Removed items, cancelled KOTs, discounts, reprints and drawer opens are recorded in a log nobody can edit, and risky actions need a manager's PIN.
Say the order
Captains can tap the mic and say two masala dosa, one filter coffee, and the dishes, quantities and sizes are added.
When Petpooja may suit you better
A Petpooja alternative only helps if it fits how you work, and we would rather you choose the right tool than the one on this page. There are clear cases where Petpooja is likely the better fit, and EETS is not.
You need inventory
EETS has no inventory, recipe costing or stock module. Petpooja lists an inventory module, which matters if you track raw material closely.
Swiggy and Zomato run your day
EETS does not pull in aggregator orders. Petpooja is known for its aggregator integrations, which keeps delivery orders on one screen.
You run a large chain
Restaurant Max covers up to 3 outlets. If you have many outlets or a central kitchen, Petpooja lists a central kitchen module.
You need loyalty, e-invoicing or Tally
EETS has no loyalty program, IRN e-invoicing or Tally link yet. Petpooja lists loyalty as an add-on; ask about the rest.
Your team uses iPhones
EETS has no iOS app, and the Windows and web dashboard is coming soon, not available today.
Is EETS cheaper than Petpooja?
We cannot say for certain, because Petpooja does not list its prices publicly and quotes locally. What we can tell you is what EETS costs: Café ₹2,999 a year, Restaurant ₹3,999 and Restaurant Max ₹4,999, with no commission, no hidden fees and no hardware to buy. Pay on or before 31 December 2026 and you get 18 months for the price of 12, after 6 free months.
For context, big cloud POS plans in India that include a captain app, KDS and QR ordering commonly cost ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a year plus GST. That is a general market range, not Petpooja's price. To compare fairly, ask for a written quote and add up these items.
The yearly price of the plan you would actually use, with GST.
Each add-on you need: captain app, kitchen display, QR ordering, token system.
Any hardware, installation or onboarding charges.

Questions
Questions owners ask
What is the best Petpooja alternative in India?
It depends on what you need. If you want inventory or Swiggy and Zomato orders on one screen, Petpooja may already be right for you. If you want a phone-first POS with a listed yearly price, captain ordering, a kitchen display and QR ordering in one plan, EETS Partner is worth trying, with 6 months free.
What is the Petpooja price per year?
Petpooja's public pricing page lists Core, Growth and Scale plans but does not show prices; it says pricing varies locally and asks you to contact its team. Plans can be billed monthly or annually. Ask for a written quote that includes GST and every add-on you need, then compare the yearly total.
Is EETS cheaper than Petpooja?
We cannot confirm that, because Petpooja's prices are not public. EETS costs ₹2,999, ₹3,999 or ₹4,999 a year depending on the plan, with captain app, kitchen display and QR ordering included from the Restaurant plan, no commission and no hardware to buy. Compare that against your Petpooja quote.
Does EETS have inventory management like Petpooja?
No. EETS has no inventory, recipe costing or stock management module today. If tracking raw material and wastage is central to how you run your kitchen, Petpooja, which lists an inventory module, is likely the better fit. EETS focuses on billing, KOTs, the kitchen display, captain and QR ordering.
Can EETS take Swiggy and Zomato orders?
No. EETS has no Zomato, Swiggy or ONDC integration and does not take delivery orders. It handles dine-in, captain ordering, QR ordering at the table and takeaway with tokens. If aggregator orders are a large share of your business, an integrated POS such as Petpooja will save your counter real work.
Can I move my menu from Petpooja to EETS?
Yes. If you can export your menu as an Excel or CSV file, you can import it into EETS. You can also start from a ready menu pack of 45 to 60 dishes and edit it. On a free demo call, we load your menu for you.
Is EETS affiliated with Petpooja?
No. Petpooja is a trademark of its owner, and EETS Partner is made by Provantic Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru. We have no link with Petpooja. The details on this page come from Petpooja's public pricing page as of November 2026, so please check its current plans before deciding.
